Refund policy


Please choose carefully before you purchase as we offer a NO refund policy UNLESS:

The purchase is received by you in damaged condition - please provide evidence -  GourmetGoodiesLimited@outlook.com with photos as proof of damage and of the  address label upon receipt. 

Please check your package and check for any signs of damage and do not sign or accept delivery if external damages are found.   The courier's responsibility to return the package to us.

Please notify us on 0278543486 with in 48 hours upon opening your package if your items have been damaged in transit.

We will fully refund the price if it is deemed replaceable and returned to us

Please note that we will do our part in packaging up your items for delivery with the upmost care.

The decision to issue either a refund or not to issue a refund will be final and complete with no further correspondence to be entered into.
